The selection process involves a comprehensive polling and research program which surveys attorneys statewide and regionally and solicits nominations for the best attorneys participants have observed in action. The research department then analyzes the professional backgrounds and experiences of each candidate before a final peer review by practice area. Mr. Milde was also a 2006 recipient of the Super Lawyer designation as was fellow Terra Law principal, Terry Hughmanick.
A graduate of Santa Clara University School of Law, Mr. Milde’s areas of practice include business and real estate litigation, bankruptcy , creditor/debtor rights and banking law.
